Q: What model and colour is this Gucci bag?
A: This is a black Gucci suede bag, listed as the GG Shoulder Bag in the Classic variant. Its country-of-origin label states Italy.

Q: What are the bag’s measurements?
A: The bag measures 30 cm wide, 16 cm high and 2 cm deep. The listed strap measurement is 29 cm.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: It is listed as a shoulder bag. Crossbody suitability and strap adjustability are not confirmed in the product information, so do not assume it will fit crossbody.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its slim dimensions make it better suited to a small selection of essentials than bulky items. Check your phone, cardholder and other belongings against the measurements, particularly the 2 cm depth, and avoid overfilling it.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: The bag is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor signs of wear on the corners and leather. The interior is also graded Very Good, with peeling and scratches noted. The hardware is shiny with light scratches.

Q: Is there any damage to the lining?
A: Peeling and scratches are recorded in the interior condition. Review the product photographs carefully before purchasing. If you would like to address the peeling, seek an assessment from a professional handbag repair specialist rather than attempting to strip or scrub the lining yourself.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included, according to the product information. A dust bag and box are therefore not included.

Q: How should I clean and care for the suede?
A: Gucci advises seeking material-specific guidance for delicate suede from a Gucci boutique or Client Advisor. Avoid applying cleaning products or protective sprays without that guidance, as they may alter the appearance or cause stains. Keep the bag away from rough surfaces, direct sunlight, heat and humidity.

Q: Can I use this bag in the rain, and how should I store it?
A: Avoid exposing it to rain. If it gets wet, gently blot away moisture with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from direct heat. Store it in a suitable soft fabric dust bag, purchased separately, without placing other items on top or sharply bending the strap.
