Q: What does Gucci size 80 mean on this belt?
A: Gucci belt sizing is measured in centimetres from the buckle to the centre hole. A size 80 belt is designed for an 80 cm fit at the centre hole. On Gucci’s size guide, this is generally around a women’s UK 8 or jeans size 26, though the best fit depends on where you plan to wear it.

Q: Is this belt meant to be worn on the waist or the hips?
A: It can be worn either way, but the fit will feel different depending on where you place it. If you wear belts high on the waist, the fit will be snugger; if you wear them lower on the hips, you may prefer a little more room. Measuring your body where you intend to wear it is the best guide.

Q: How wide is this belt?
A: This belt is approximately 4 cm wide, based on the product measurements. That gives it a more statement look than a slim belt and usually works well with jeans, tailored trousers, and many standard belt loops, though it is always worth checking your garment first.

Q: What colour is this belt?
A: This piece is listed in brown and is a Gucci Web leather belt. Please refer to the product images and product information for the best view of the tone and finish.

Q: What condition is this belt in?
A: This belt is listed in Very Good Condition. The product information notes light traces of use, with shiny hardware showing light scratches, so you can expect gentle signs of previous wear rather than a pristine new finish.

Q: Does this item come with a box, dust bag, or other extras?
A: No. The product information states that this item comes with no accessories. If anything is included with an item, it will always be listed in the product information.

Q: How do I care for a pre-owned leather Gucci belt?
A: Store it flat or loosely rolled in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Wipe the leather gently with a soft dry cloth after use and avoid overloading it with creams or harsh cleaning products, as these can affect the leather and hardware finish.

Q: Is this belt authentic?
A: Yes. Every item sold by A Retro Tale is authenticated by in-house experts, and the company also states that it works with an expert supplier network and offers a two-step screening process for authenticity assurance.
