Q: How long is the Hermès Année De La Fantaisie Cadena Choker Necklace?
A: The necklace has a listed circumference of 36 cm, and the pendant measures 2.2 cm in width.

Q: How can I check whether this choker will fit comfortably?
A: Measure around your neck where you intend to wear the choker and compare this with the listed 36 cm circumference. Allow room for a comfortable fit rather than choosing a necklace that feels tight against your neck.

Q: Is the necklace adjustable?
A: The product information lists a circumference of 36 cm but does not confirm an adjustable fastening or extension. Please contact A Retro Tale if you need clarification before purchasing.

Q: Is this necklace made from solid gold?
A: Gold is the listed colour, not a confirmation of solid-gold construction. The condition notes identify leather and metal hardware, but the exact metal composition and gold purity are not specified in the product information.

Q: What condition is this necklace in?
A: This pre-owned necklace is in Good Condition. The leather shows signs of wear, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition notes.

Q: Does the necklace come with a box?
A: Yes, a box is listed in the product information. No other accompanying items are specified.

Q: Can I wear this necklace in the shower or while exercising?
A: Remove it before showering, swimming or exercising to protect the leather and hardware from water and perspiration. Avoid direct contact with perfume and cosmetics, as well as prolonged exposure to strong sunlight or heat.

Q: How should I care for and store this necklace?
A: Handle it gently and use a soft, clean, dry cloth for light surface wiping. If the leather gets wet, gently blot it with a soft cloth and let it dry away from heat. Avoid abrasive polishes and unapproved leather treatments. Store the necklace separately in its box, away from humidity, direct sunlight and intense heat. For deeper cleaning or repairs, seek advice from Hermès rather than attempting a home treatment.
