Q: What are the dimensions of this Hermès wallet?
A: It measures approximately 20 cm wide and 11.5 cm high. These are the measurements recorded for this particular item; its depth is not specified.

Q: What colour is this wallet?
A: This wallet is black, as recorded in the product information.

Q: What is Box leather like?
A: Hermès Box calfskin is a smooth, glossy leather with a firm feel. It can show surface scratches, particularly early in its life, and develops a distinctive patina with use.

Q: What condition is this wallet in?
A: This pre-owned wallet is in very good condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, the interior has light marks, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Will my mobile phone fit inside?
A: Phone fit has not been confirmed for this particular wallet. Its external measurements are 20 × 11.5 cm, but the usable interior space will be smaller. Please ask for an interior measurement or fit check for your phone and case before purchasing, and avoid forcing the closure around bulky contents.

Q: Does this wallet come with a shoulder strap?
A: A shoulder strap is not listed in the product information, so its inclusion should not be assumed. Please contact A Retro Tale to confirm the carrying options for this particular piece.

Q: What is included with this wallet?
A: A box is included. No other accompanying items are listed in the product information.

Q: What year is this wallet dated to?
A: The product information records a square L stamp and dates this piece to 2008. This is the recorded date for the individual item, rather than a statement about when the To Go range was introduced.

Q: Where was this wallet made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France.

Q: How should I care for and store this wallet?
A: Protect it from water, direct sunlight, heat, ink, perfume and oily products. If it gets wet, gently wipe it immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth. Store it away from light in a dry, temperate place, preferably in its box or a protective cover, and avoid overfilling it. For cleaning or scratch treatment, seek advice from Hermès rather than applying commercial leather-care products yourself.
