A: This is a silk scarf, and the product information lists its country of origin as France.

Q: What colour is this scarf?
A: This scarf is listed as multicolour. Please refer to the product photographs to see the colours and how they are arranged within the Mosaïque Au 24 design.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned scarf in?

Q: How can I wear a 90 cm silk scarf?
A: You can fold it into a band and tie it loosely around your neck, drape it as a triangle, or wear it as a headscarf or hair accessory. A scarf ring is optional rather than essential. Use gentle folds and avoid pulling the silk tightly through knots or accessories.

Q: Can I wash this Hermès silk scarf at home?
A: Hermès recommends avoiding washing its silk scarves and using a professional dry cleaner instead. Choose a cleaner experienced with printed silk and ask them to take particular care with the hand-rolled edges. Follow any care instructions attached to the scarf.

Q: Can I wear this scarf in the rain?
A: It is best to protect it from rain and moisture. Hermès warns that rain can damage printing on silk, so this scarf should not be treated as a weatherproof accessory.

Q: How should I store and protect this scarf?
A: Let it air briefly after wearing, then fold it gently and store it flat in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid spraying perfume or hair products onto the silk, and keep it away from sharp jewellery or accessories that could snag the fabric.
