A: To care for Clemence leather, wipe it gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid overfilling the bag. Keep it away from prolonged heat, direct sunlight, perfume, oils and heavy rain. When not in use, store it in a dry place, ideally in its dust bag and lightly filled to help support its shape.

Q: Is this a vintage or pre-owned item?
A: Yes. This is an authentic pre-owned Hermès bag offered in very good overall condition. As with vintage and second-hand luxury, small signs of age and wear are normal and form part of the character of the piece.

Q: Where was this Hermès bag made?
A: The product information states that this bag was made in France, which is consistent with Hermès craftsmanship and production heritage.

Q: How is authenticity checked on a Hermès bag like this?
A: Authentic Hermès bags are typically assessed through a combination of craftsmanship details, leather quality, hardware, stamps and overall construction. At A Retro Tale, pre-owned luxury items are vetted for authenticity, and this specific item should be judged by the listing details and product information for the most accurate item-specific guidance.
