Q: What fits inside this Hermès Leather AirPods Pro Case?
A: It is designed to hold an AirPods Pro charging case. If you use a different AirPods model or keep an extra cover on your charging case, we recommend comparing its size with the measurements listed here before buying.

Q: What are the measurements of this case?
A: This item measures approximately 6 cm high, 7 cm wide and 2 cm deep. It is a compact accessory made for your AirPods Pro case rather than for carrying extra items.

Q: How can this case be carried?
A: This piece features a single leather strap, making it easy to carry or style as a small everyday accessory. Please review the product images for the exact look and placement on this item.

Q: Will it help protect my AirPods case from scratches?
A: Yes, a leather case like this can help shield your AirPods charging case from light everyday scuffs and surface wear while adding a more refined finish. It is best suited to daily protection rather than heavy-duty drop resistance.

Q: What condition is this item in?
A: It is listed in Very Good condition. The exterior and interior both show light traces of use, and the silver-tone hardware is shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour and materials does it feature?
A: This case is crafted in brown leather with contrast stitching and silver-tone hardware, giving it a classic and understated Hermès look.

Q: What is included with the purchase?
A: The listed product information includes a booklet. If another item is not mentioned in the product information, it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: Is this item authentic?
A: Yes. A Retro Tale states that its luxury items are reviewed and authenticated by in-house experts before sale.

Q: What does the serial number W (2024) mean?
A: The serial marking W (2024) indicates a 2024 production year for this piece.

Q: How should I care for the leather?
A: To keep the leather looking its best, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid excess moisture, heat and prolonged direct sunlight. When not in use, store it in a clean, dry place away from rough surfaces that could mark the leather or hardware.
