Q: What size is this Louis Vuitton Neverfull GM?
A: This bag measures approximately 39 cm wide × 32 cm high × 19 cm deep, with a listed handle measurement of 20 cm. Use these item-specific measurements when assessing whether it suits your needs.

Q: What can I carry in the Neverfull GM?
A: The roomy tote design is suitable for everyday essentials such as a purse, phone, keys, notebook and a light extra layer. How much fits depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: The Neverfull GM is commonly used for carrying a laptop, but fit has not been verified for this individual bag. Compare your laptop and its protective sleeve with the listed measurements of 39 × 32 × 19 cm, allowing space for comfortable insertion and removal. Avoid overloading the bag.

Q: Can I wear the Neverfull GM on my shoulder?
A: The Neverfull GM is designed to be carried over the shoulder or on the arm using its two handles. Comfort depends on your build, clothing and the weight of the contents. A separate shoulder strap is not listed in the product information.

Q: What is the Damier Ebene exterior made from?
A: The Damier Ebene Neverfull design uses Louis Vuitton's brown chequered canvas with leather trim. It is not an all-leather bag.

Q: What are the side laces for?
A: The Neverfull's side laces allow you to draw the sides in for a narrower silhouette or loosen them for a more open tote shape. They change the bag's profile rather than providing a fully sealed closure.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor rubbing on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag or removable pouch?
A: A dust bag is included. A removable pouch, box and other extras are not listed in the product information, so they should not be assumed to be included.

Q: Can the serial number tell me when this bag was made?
A: The serial number is recorded as illegible, so a production date cannot be established from it. The supplied product information lists France as the country of origin.

Q: How should I clean and store this bag?
A: Gently clean the canvas with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water, avoiding printed details. Do not apply harsh chemicals, oils or leather lotions to the canvas. Avoid rubbing against rough surfaces, and store the bag in its dust bag away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
