Q: Will this Louis Vuitton Epi Laptop Case fit my 15-inch laptop?
A: The product is named the Epi Laptop Case 15-Inch, but compatibility with a particular laptop is not confirmed. Check your device’s physical dimensions rather than relying on screen size alone, and ask for the usable internal measurements before purchasing.

Q: What are the measurements of this case?
A: The listed width is 33.5 cm. Height, depth and internal measurements are not provided in the product information, so please request these if you need to confirm the fit of your device.

Q: What is Epi leather, and what colour is this case?
A: Epi is Louis Vuitton’s leather with a distinctive embossed, textured surface. This case is listed as black.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned case in?
A: This case is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please review the photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: Does the case come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included, according to the product information. A dust bag or box is therefore not included with this case.

Q: Where was this case made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France.

Q: How should I clean and care for the leather?
A: Gently wipe surface marks with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. Avoid commercial cleaners, oils, perfumes and sanitisers, and do not soak or scrub the leather. For persistent marks, seek specialist advice rather than attempting a stronger treatment.

Q: How should I store the case when it is not in use?
A: Store it in a ventilated area away from direct sunlight, damp conditions and heat sources. Avoid overfilling it or placing heavy objects on top. A separately purchased breathable dust bag can help protect it during storage.
