Louis VuittonMonogram Keepall Bandoulière 55 Weekend Bag

Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Keepall Bandoulière 55?
A: This bag measures approximately 55 cm wide × 30 cm high × 25 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 10 cm and the adjustable shoulder strap measurement is 52 cm.

Q: What can fit inside the Keepall 55?
A: Its generous size makes it suitable for clothing, toiletries, a pair of shoes and other essentials for a weekend away. Louis Vuitton describes the Keepall 55 as capable of holding a week's wardrobe with efficient packing, although actual capacity depends on the bulk of your belongings and how you pack.

Q: Can I use this bag as cabin luggage?
A: Louis Vuitton describes the Keepall 55 as cabin-sized, but acceptance is not guaranteed on every flight. Compare this particular bag's measurements of 55 × 30 × 25 cm with your airline's current size and weight limits, including the allowance attached to your ticket. Avoid overpacking, which can increase its external dimensions.

Q: What does Bandoulière mean, and does this bag include a shoulder strap?
A: Bandoulière refers to the shoulder-strap version of the Keepall. This bag includes an adjustable shoulder strap, allowing you to carry it on your shoulder as well as by its top handles.

Q: Is the Keepall 55 comfortable to carry when fully packed?
A: Comfort depends on the packed weight, strap adjustment and how far you carry it. The shoulder strap provides an alternative to the handles, but a heavily packed weekender can become tiring over longer distances. Packing lightly is worth considering if you expect lengthy walks through airports.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is graded Excellent Condition. The exterior is described as excellent, with green residue around the hardware. The interior is excellent with light traces of use, while the hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition notes.

Q: Which items are included with this bag?
A: The product information lists a shoulder strap, name tag, handle holder, lock and key. A box or dust bag is not listed, so neither should be assumed to be included.

Q: Is the Monogram Keepall made entirely from leather?
A: No. The classic Monogram Keepall Bandoulière combines coated Monogram canvas with natural cowhide leather trim and a textile lining. The canvas body is distinct from the leather handles and trim.

Q: How should I care for this vintage Monogram Keepall?
A: Keep it away from prolonged sunlight, heat, damp conditions, abrasive surfaces, perfume and oils. If it becomes wet, gently blot it with a soft, light-coloured, lint-free absorbent cloth. Avoid solvents and harsh cleaning products. For the green residue noted around this bag's hardware, seek specialist advice rather than attempting aggressive polishing that could affect surrounding materials.

Q: Where was this particular Keepall made?
A: The supplied product information identifies France as this bag's country of origin. Its recorded serial number is FL0063.
