A: This bag is designed with two interior pockets and one exterior pocket, making it easier to organise smaller essentials you want to keep within easy reach.

Q: What is the condition of this bag?
A: The overall preloved condition is Very Good. The exterior shows discolouration and marks to the canvas throughout, the interior is clean with a light trace of use, and the hardware remains shiny with scratches and some discolouration. We also recommend reviewing the product images closely for the best understanding of its current condition.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: This item is delivered with a detachable shoulder strap and tassel. Everything included with the purchase is listed in the product information.

Q: What does the code CA0117 mean?
A: CA0117 is Louis Vuitton’s production code for this bag. Based on the standard Louis Vuitton date code format used during this period, it indicates production in 2017, and this item is listed as made in Spain. Please note that a production code helps identify manufacturing details but is only one part of authentication.

Q: How should I care for the coated canvas and leather trim?
A: For coated canvas, gently wipe with a soft damp cloth and, if needed, a little mild soapy water. Avoid perfume, oils, alcohol-based products, harsh cleaners, and abrasive surfaces. For the leather trim, avoid excess moisture, direct heat, and over-cleaning. When not in use, store the bag in a ventilated area and avoid overfilling it to help preserve its shape.

Q: How do you authenticate this bag?
A: At A Retro Tale, this bag has been checked and verified by in-house experts with more than 10 years of experience in vintage and luxury bags. Authentication is based on a combination of construction details, materials, hardware, stamps, and production markings rather than any single feature alone.
