Q: What are the measurements and strap drop?
A: Approximately 21 × 12 × 3 cm with a removable chain strap drop of about 53 cm. Designed to be worn on the shoulder or crossbody.

Q: What typically fits inside the Pochette Félicie?
A: Everyday essentials such as a 6.7-inch smartphone, a slim card holder, keys and a lipstick. The Félicie design includes two removable inserts (a zipped pouch and an eight-slot card holder); removing them creates extra space. Please see the product information on this page for the exact inclusions for this item.

Q: Will an iPhone Pro Max fit?
A: Yes, the compartment is sized to fit smartphones up to 6.7 inches. A thick case may affect the fit; removing the inserts provides more room.

Q: Is the chain strap adjustable or replaceable?
A: The chain is not adjustable, but it is detachable. You can remove it to carry the bag as a clutch or attach a different compatible strap if preferred.

Q: How secure is the closure?
A: The bag features a flap with a press-stud closure that keeps belongings secure for everyday use.

Q: What does the date code NZ0179 mean?
A: For Louis Vuitton items produced between 2007 and early 2021, the four numbers indicate the production week and year. Code NZ0179 corresponds to the 7th week of 2019. The letters are a factory code and are not a unique serial number. From 2021 onward, many pieces no longer carry a visible date code as Louis Vuitton introduced embedded microchips.

Q: How should I care for Monogram coated canvas and hardware?
A: Wipe the canvas gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it air dry. Keep the bag away from water, oils, make-up and prolonged heat or direct sunlight. Store it lightly filled in a breathable dust bag. Clean the gold-tone chain with a dry, soft cloth only; avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol-based products.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: Everything included is listed in the product information on this page. Pre-owned Félicie pieces often originally came with a detachable chain and two removable inserts, but inclusions can vary by item.

Q: Are there any condition notes I should know about?
A: This is a very good pre-owned piece with light signs of wear. Our team has noted a distinct interior odour; airing the bag in a cool, dry place before first use can help. Please contact us if you would like further details.

Q: How does A Retro Tale authenticate this bag?
A: Every item is verified by our in-house experts using multi-point checks of materials, stitching, hardware, stamps and date codes (where applicable). We stand behind the authenticity of all items we sell and are happy to provide additional product information on request.
