A: This bag measures 23 cm wide × 18 cm high × 7 cm deep. Use these measurements when comparing it with other Saint Cloud versions, as sizes and designs vary.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Its compact dimensions make it suitable for small everyday essentials, such as a phone, a compact wallet, keys and a lipstick. The exact fit depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; compare larger items with the listed measurements before purchasing.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody, and is the strap adjustable?
A: This Saint Cloud NM is a crossbody bag with an adjustable strap. The listed strap measurement is 60 cm; this is not specified as a strap drop or a maximum length. Where the bag sits will depend on the adjustment, your height and your build.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in very good condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is pre-owned rather than pristine or unused.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?

If any leather becomes wet, gently blot it with a light-coloured, lint-free cloth. Store the bag in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Q: Is the production year or date code available?
A: No serial number or date code is provided in the product information, so the exact production year cannot be confirmed from this listing.
