Q: How long is the necklace?
A: The product information lists a necklace perimeter of 50. The measurement unit is not specified, so please confirm the length with us before purchasing if fit is important.

Q: Is the necklace adjustable?
A: An adjustable fastening or extension chain is not confirmed in the product information. Please contact us if you need to check whether the length can be altered.

Q: What materials is the necklace made from, and is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Q: How should I clean this rhinestone necklace?
A: As a gentle first step, wipe it carefully with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth without pulling on the embellishments. Ask a jeweller for advice if it needs more thorough cleaning.

Q: Can I wear the necklace in the shower or while swimming?
A: As a precaution, remove it before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray and lotions, and put it on after these products have dried.

Q: How should I store the necklace?
A: Store it separately in a soft pouch or a lined jewellery compartment to help prevent scratches and tangling. Keep it away from humidity, direct sunlight and heat, and avoid placing heavy items on the floral embellishments.
