PradaLeather Shoulder Bag

Q: What can this bag hold day to day?
A: With approximate dimensions of 32 × 14 × 9 cm, it comfortably fits a large smartphone, long wallet, sunglasses case, keys and small cosmetics. A slim water bottle can lie horizontally. It is a compact shoulder bag for essentials rather than a work tote.

Q: Will it fit a tablet or laptop?
A: Full‑size tablets, A4 documents and laptops will not fit due to the 14 cm height. An iPad mini–sized tablet may fit depending on its case thickness; please compare your device to the listed measurements and allow a little clearance around the opening.

Q: Can it be worn crossbody?
A: The single flat strap has an approximate 20 cm drop with minor adjustment, so it is designed for shoulder carry and will be too short for most people to wear crossbody.

Q: How secure is the T‑bar flap closure?
A: The flap and T‑bar create a secure clasp for everyday use. As with most flap styles, it is not fully sealed like a zip; we recommend placing small or valuable items inside the internal zip pocket for extra security.

Q: What does “Limited Edition No. 1045/2000” signify?
A: It indicates this piece is number 1045 from a numbered run of 2,000 bags produced in that limited edition, adding collectability and rarity.

Q: Does this Prada bag have a serial number or microchip?
A: Many Prada bags include a small white factory Quality Assurance tag inside and originally came with an authenticity card; however, the presence or absence of these is not a definitive proof of authenticity. Newer Prada leather goods may also include an integrated NFC microchip, while some vintage pieces predate this technology. A Retro Tale authenticates every item through a multi‑point expert inspection.

Q: How should I care for the ecru grained leather?
A: Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth after wear. For deeper cleaning, use a pH‑balanced leather cleaner suitable for light colours and finish with a leather protector. Avoid alcohol, bleach, baby wipes and coloured creams. Store stuffed to hold its shape, in a breathable dust bag, away from direct heat and sunlight.

Q: Is colour transfer from denim a concern with light leather?
A: Yes. Light leathers are susceptible to dye transfer from dark fabrics. Minimise prolonged rubbing against raw or dark denim, apply a protective leather spray, and spot‑clean any transfer promptly with a cleaner formulated for light leather.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: The product information lists a luggage tag and an authenticity card. If an item is not listed there, it is not included; the photos show everything that comes with the bag.

Q: What is the condition of this bag?
A: Very Good overall with light signs of wear. There is slight fraying on the strap; the hardware is shiny with light surface scratches; the interior shows light use. Please review the imagery for close‑ups of these details.
