Q: What does Spazzolato mean?

Q: Can I remove scratches or creases from the leather at home?
A: Do not assume that scratches or creases will polish out. Prada discourages the use of treatment products and unauthorised repairs. For advice on the existing wear, contact Prada Client Service rather than attempting to buff, coat or heat the leather.
