Q: What are the dimensions of this Prada Tessuto Messenger Bag?
A: The bag measures approximately 36 cm wide, 30 cm high and 18 cm deep.

Q: Is the shoulder strap adjustable?
A: Yes, the strap is adjustable, with a listed measurement of 50 cm. The product information does not specify its full adjustment range, so crossbody suitability will depend on your preferred fit.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop compatibility has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your laptop and its protective sleeve with the bag’s measurements of 36 × 30 × 18 cm, allowing for the opening and usable interior space. External dimensions alone do not guarantee a fit.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in good condition. Both the exterior and interior show light signs of use, while the hardware has scratches and signs of wear. Please review the product photographs for a closer look.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?

Q: How should I care for this Prada Tessuto Messenger Bag?
A: Gently remove loose surface dust with a soft, dry cloth and store the bag in a well-ventilated place away from heat and moisture. Keep liquids and cosmetics securely closed to protect the lining. For stains or deeper cleaning, contact Prada Client Service for advice suited to this pre-owned piece rather than applying an unverified cleaning treatment.

Q: Can Prada repair a pre-owned messenger bag?
A: Prada assesses repair requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact Prada Client Service or take the bag to a Prada boutique for assessment; repair availability depends on factors such as the bag’s age, materials and technical limitations.
