Q: What typically fits inside this Ralph Lauren Weekend Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 54 x 27 x 26 cm, it works well as a true weekend bag. It should comfortably hold clothing for a short trip, a pair of shoes, a toiletries pouch, and everyday essentials. Please compare the measurements on this page with anything specific you plan to carry.

Q: Is this bag suitable for carry-on travel?
A: Its 54 cm width places it close to standard cabin-bag sizing, so it may work for some airlines. However, the 26 cm depth can be restrictive when the bag is fully packed, so we recommend checking your airline’s current baggage rules before travelling.

Q: How can this bag be carried?
A: It features dual rolled handles with an approximately 12 cm handle drop, and it also comes with a detachable shoulder strap with an approximate 55 cm drop for hands-free wear.

Q: What are the main materials and design details?
A: This vintage Ralph Lauren bag is made in green and navy tartan canvas with brown leather trim. It is finished with brass hardware, a beige canvas lining, and a top zip closure.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: This item includes a detachable shoulder strap and a luggage tag. If anything else is not listed in the product information, it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: What condition is the bag in?
A: It is listed in good vintage condition. There is scuffing on the corners and leather details, light traces of use inside, and light scratches to the shiny hardware.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country-of-origin label states Thailand.

Q: Is there a serial number listed for this bag?
A: No serial number is listed for this item in the product information.

Q: How should I care for a vintage canvas-and-leather weekend bag?
A: For day-to-day care, wipe the canvas gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. The leather trim should be kept away from excess moisture and direct heat, and the bag is best stored lightly stuffed so it keeps its shape.

Q: How is authenticity handled?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is reviewed for authenticity before it is listed. If you would like more detail about the checks carried out on this bag, our team will be happy to help.
