Saint LaurentClip-on Earrings

Q: Are these earrings suitable if I do not have pierced ears?
A: Yes. This pair has a clip-on closure, so it is designed to be worn without pierced ears. The clips fasten onto the earlobe rather than through a piercing.

Q: How large are these Saint Laurent earrings?
A: They measure approximately 6.5 cm in height, 3 cm in width and 0.5 cm in depth. That gives them a noticeable statement look while still remaining slim in profile.

Q: What material and finish do they have?
A: The earrings are made in gold-tone metal with a spiral design. As this is a vintage fashion jewellery piece, the listing does not specify solid gold or a carat value.

Q: Are clip-on earrings comfortable to wear?
A: Comfort can vary from person to person, as clip-on earrings stay in place through gentle pressure on the earlobe. Many people find them comfortable for occasional wear, especially for events or shorter outings, but if you have very sensitive ears you may prefer to take breaks during longer wear.

Q: Will the clip-on fastening feel secure?
A: Clip-on earrings are designed to hold securely on the earlobe when fitted correctly. As with most vintage clip-ons, the feel can vary slightly depending on your ear shape and how long you plan to wear them, so it is best to check the fit gently before a full day out.

Q: What condition are these earrings in?
A: They are listed in very good condition. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, which is consistent with careful pre-loved wear and the vintage nature of the piece.

Q: Does this pair come with a box, pouch or other original extras?
A: The product information does not list any additional included items for this pair. If an original box, pouch or paperwork is important to you, it is best to confirm before purchase.

Q: Are these earrings authentic?
A: Yes. A Retro Tale states that every item it sells is authenticated by in-house experts through a multi-step review process, giving added confidence when buying vintage designer jewellery.

Q: Are the photos of the actual pair for sale?
A: Yes. A Retro Tale states that the images shown on its website are photographs of the actual item listed, so the photos are the best guide to this pair’s shape, finish and vintage character.
