VersaceMedusa Rhinestone Necklace

Q: What size is this VERSACE Medusa Rhinestone Necklace?
A: This necklace has an approximate perimeter of 55 cm. The pendant measures approximately 2.5 cm high, 2 cm wide, and 0.5 cm deep, giving it a noticeable statement look without being overly large.

Q: Is this necklace adjustable?
A: The listed necklace perimeter is 55 cm. If an extender chain is present it is not separately specified in the product information, so we recommend using the stated 55 cm measurement as the best guide for fit.

Q: What condition is this necklace in?
A: This item is listed in Very Good Condition. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, and one of the rhinestones is slightly slanted. Please review the product images closely for the best overall view of its current condition.

Q: Are all of the rhinestones intact?
A: Based on the product information, the rhinestones are present, but one of them sits slightly slanted. This is reflected in the condition description and has been considered in the overall assessment of the piece.

Q: What comes with this necklace?
A: This item comes with a box. If any additional extras are not listed in the product information, they should not be assumed to be included.

Q: Is this necklace suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Versace states that its jewellery products are lead- and nickel-free and that the materials are hypoallergenic. However, sensitivity can vary from person to person, so those with very reactive skin should still wear with care.

Q: How should I care for a rhinestone necklace like this?
A: To help preserve the finish and sparkle, avoid water, perfume, hairspray, lotion, and harsh cleaning products. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear and store it separately in its box or a soft pouch to reduce scratches and protect the stones.

Q: Can I wear this necklace every day?
A: It can be worn regularly, but as a vintage fashion jewellery piece with rhinestone detailing, it is best treated with a little extra care. Removing it before showering, exercising, swimming, or sleeping will help protect both the finish and the stone settings.

Q: How will a 55 cm necklace sit when worn?
A: A 55 cm necklace usually sits below the collarbone on most wearers, making it a versatile mid-length style. The exact position can vary depending on neck size and personal proportions.

Q: How do you authenticate a Versace necklace like this?
A: At A Retro Tale, every item is checked by in-house experts before sale. For Versace jewellery more generally, buyers often look at details such as overall finish, logo engraving, hardware quality, clasp construction, and consistency of design when assessing authenticity.
