Q: What is the Balenciaga Leopard Motocross City Ponyhair Bag?
A: This is a Balenciaga Classic City bag with a multicoloured leopard-print ponyhair exterior and leather trim. Its country of origin is listed as Italy.

Q: What are the dimensions of this bag?
A: The bag measures approximately 38 cm wide, 25 cm high and 10 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 10 cm, and the shoulder strap measurement is 20 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this City bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, purse, keys and a small make-up pouch, with room for some additional small items. Laptop fit has not been confirmed; compare your device and case with the bag's measurements, allowing for the opening and usable interior space.

Q: Can I carry this bag on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: You can carry it by the top handles or use the included shoulder strap. With a listed strap measurement of 20 cm, it is better suited to shoulder carrying than crossbody wear. Comfort will depend on your build and clothing, particularly when wearing a thick coat.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor wear on the corners and leather trim, plus balding ponyhair on the front and back. The interior has light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: Does the bag include its shoulder strap and mirror?
A: Yes. A shoulder strap and mirror are listed in the product information. A box, dust bag or authenticity card is not listed, so these should not be assumed to be included.

Q: Is ponyhair prone to balding?
A: Hair-on leather can lose hair through friction and abrasion. This particular bag already has balding areas on both the front and back. To help limit further wear, avoid repeated rubbing against rough clothing, sharp edges and abrasive surfaces.

Q: How should I clean the ponyhair exterior?
A: Handle it gently and wipe away surface dust with a soft, dry, natural-coloured cloth, without vigorous rubbing. Balenciaga's ponyhair care guidance advises against chemical cleaners. Seek advice from a specialist experienced in hair-on leather before attempting stain removal or applying any treatment.

Q: Can I use this bag in the rain?
A: It is best to avoid rain and unnecessary contact with liquids rather than treat the bag as waterproof. If it gets wet, gently blot it immediately with a soft cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally, away from direct heat. Avoid rubbing the ponyhair while drying it.
