Q: Can this bag be carried on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: The Luggage Phantom is primarily a top-handle tote for carrying by hand or in the crook of the arm. No shoulder strap is included with this item. As the handle drop is not provided, comfortable shoulder carrying cannot be confirmed.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this particular bag. The full height, depth and opening measurements are not provided, so please request these and compare them with your laptop and its protective sleeve before purchasing.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: What condition is this Céline Luggage Croc Phantom Tote Bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has rubbing and scuffing on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This bag is black, and its country-of-origin label states Italy.

Q: How does the Phantom differ from the standard Céline Luggage bag?
A: The Phantom is known for its wider, extended side wings and open-top design, rather than the zipped main opening of the standard Luggage. Its distinctive front zip pocket retains the recognisable Luggage-style appearance.

Q: Does Croc mean this bag is made from genuine crocodile skin?
A: Not necessarily. Céline produced croc-embossed leather Phantom bags, so the name alone does not confirm genuine crocodile skin. The exact material is not specified in this item's product information; please ask for confirmation if this is important to your purchase.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this particular bag. The full height, depth and opening measurements are not provided, so please request these and compare them with your laptop and its protective sleeve before purchasing.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag, box or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included, as stated in the product information. A dust bag, box or separate strap is therefore not supplied with this item.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Keep it away from rain, oils, hand cream, direct heat, prolonged sunlight and abrasive surfaces. Store it in a well-ventilated place, ideally in a separately purchased breathable dust bag. As the exact material is not specified, seek specialist advice before applying cleaners, conditioners or protective sprays.
