Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel CC Caviar Tote Bag?
A: The bag measures 28 cm wide, 23 cm high and 9 cm deep.

Q: What can I fit inside this tote?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and a small make-up pouch. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and the internal layout; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this item. Compare your device and its sleeve with the bag’s external dimensions of 28 × 23 × 9 cm, allowing for a smaller usable interior and opening. Do not assume it will accommodate a standard laptop.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor wear on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This Chanel CC Caviar Tote Bag is black, and its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: What accessories are included?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed as included.

Q: Is the serial number readable, and can it confirm the bag’s age?
A: The serial number is recorded as illegible. The bag’s production year therefore cannot be established from the supplied serial number information.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Gently remove surface dust with a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and moisture, and avoid care products that could alter the finish. If the bag gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a protective pouch without compressing or overfilling it.

Q: How does A Retro Tale authenticate its bags?
A: A Retro Tale guarantees the authenticity of the items it sells and uses trained experts with specialist brand knowledge to oversee its authentication process. This bag’s serial number is recorded as illegible, so it should not be relied upon as a standalone authenticity check.
