Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel CC Tassel Camera Bag?
A: The bag measures approximately 18 cm wide × 13 cm high × 7 cm deep, making it a compact option for everyday essentials.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it is best suited to small essentials such as a cardholder, keys and lipstick. A phone may also fit, depending on its size and case. The external measurements do not represent the full usable interior space, so compare your essentials carefully and avoid overfilling.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: This piece is listed as a shoulder bag, with a strap measurement of 49 cm. Crossbody suitability depends on your height, build and preferred position. Strap adjustability is not specified, so please ask for confirmation if crossbody wear is important to you.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in good condition overall. The exterior has rubbing and wear on the corners and piping, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: The listed colour is camel, and the country-of-origin label identifies France.

Q: Does this bag come with an authenticity card, box or dust bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. An authenticity card, box and dust bag are not listed as included. Please refer to the product information for the confirmed inclusions.

Q: How is this Chanel bag authenticated?
A: A Retro Tale guarantees the authenticity of the items it sells. Its authentication experts meticulously review each piece, including stitching, handles and other construction details. The serial number tag is one detail of this bag, rather than a substitute for expert authentication.

Q: How should I care for and store this vintage Chanel bag?
A: Handle it gently, avoid overfilling and protect it from prolonged sunlight and moisture. Use a soft cloth for gentle care and avoid products that could damage the finish. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper separating the strap from the bag. For stains or treatment of the worn corners and piping, seek specialist advice rather than attempting a repair at home.
