ChanelCC Wild Stitch Flap Bag

Q: What are the measurements of this Chanel CC Wild Stitch Flap Bag?
A: The listed measurements are 19 cm wide × 19 cm high × 1 cm deep. The handle measurement is 17 cm.

Q: What can fit inside this bag?
A: Based on the listed dimensions, this is a compact bag with a very slim profile. Consider flat essentials rather than bulky items, and compare your phone and other belongings with the measurements before purchasing. External dimensions do not guarantee usable internal space.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is graded Good Condition. The exterior leather has discolouration and marks. Inside, there are stains on the lining and pen marks on the leather tag. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition notes.

Q: What colour and material is this bag?
A: This bag is listed as beige, and the condition notes identify a leather exterior. The specific leather type is not stated, so it should not be assumed to be lambskin, calfskin or caviar leather.

Q: Does this bag come with an authenticity card, dust bag or box?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. An authenticity card, dust bag and box are not listed as included. Please refer to the product information for the confirmed included items.

Q: Where was this Chanel bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as France.

Q: How should I care for the leather?
A: Gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth and avoid care products that could alter its finish. Protect the bag from prolonged sunlight, artificial light and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Seek specialist advice for the existing discolouration, stains and pen marks rather than attempting aggressive cleaning.

Q: How can I reduce the risk of colour transfer onto the beige leather?
A: Avoid prolonged rubbing against dark denim or clothing that may release dye, particularly when damp. Check the areas that touch your clothes regularly. The existing exterior discolouration is noted in the product information, but its cause is not specified.

Q: How should I store this bag when it is not in use?
A: Store it upright in a protective pouch, away from direct light and moisture. Protect the handle and any metal parts with tissue paper to reduce contact marks, and avoid compressing or overfilling the bag. A storage pouch is not listed as included with this item.
