Q: Do these Chanel earrings require pierced ears?
A: No. These are clip-on earrings, so they attach to the earlobes without requiring piercings.

Q: What condition are these earrings in?
A: These pre-owned earrings are in Very Good Condition, with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What accessories are included?
A: A box is included, as listed in the product information. The listing does not specify whether it is the original Chanel box.

Q: Are these clip-on earrings comfortable for long periods?
A: Comfort varies from person to person, and all-day comfort cannot be guaranteed for this pair. Clip pressure and fit can affect how they feel, so try them for a short period first and remove them if they pinch.

Q: Are the pearls genuine, and what metal is used?
A: The product name identifies rhinestone and pearl detailing, but the product information does not confirm the pearl type or metal composition. Please contact A Retro Tale for clarification before purchasing if these details are important to you.

Q: How should I clean these earrings?
A: Gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, soap, detergents and chemical cleaning solutions. Put them on after applying perfume and make-up to help protect the finish and decorative details.

Q: Can I wear these earrings in the shower or while exercising?
A: Remove them before showering, swimming or exercising. CHANEL recommends avoiding water and protecting costume jewellery from knocks and scratches. If they get wet, gently dab them dry with a soft, absorbent, lint-free cloth.

Q: How should I store these earrings?
A: Store them separately from other jewellery to prevent scratches, away from humidity, heat and prolonged sunlight. Keep them protected in a soft pouch or a separate compartment when not in use.
