A: These drop earrings feature the Coco Mark design with rhinestone and pearl detailing in a gold colour.

Q: What condition are these earrings in?
A: These pre-owned earrings are in very good condition, with light marks and scratches throughout the material. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Are these earrings solid gold, and are the pearls natural?
A: Gold is the listed colour, not a confirmation of solid gold composition. The product information does not specify the metal composition or whether the pearls are natural, cultured or imitation.

A: Yes, a box is included according to the product information. No other accompanying items are listed.

Q: Can the serial number identify their production year?
A: The serial number is recorded as illegible, so a production year or collection cannot be confirmed from the supplied product information.

Q: How should I clean and store these earrings?
A: Gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, soap, detergents and chemical cleaners. Store the earrings separately from other jewellery to help prevent scratches, and keep them away from humidity, heat and prolonged sunlight.

Q: Can I wear these earrings in the shower or while exercising?
A: Avoid wearing them in the shower, while swimming or during exercise. CHANEL recommends protecting costume jewellery from water, cosmetics, knocks and scratches. Apply perfume and make-up before putting the earrings on, and gently dab them dry with a soft, non-pilling cloth if they get wet.

Q: Are these earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
A: The product information does not confirm the metal composition or provide a hypoallergenic or nickel-free specification. Suitability for sensitive ears therefore cannot be confirmed; please ask for further material details before purchasing if this is important to you.
