Q: What typically fits inside the Christian Dior Dior Trotter Coin Purse?
A: With approximate measurements of 12 x 9 x 1.5 cm, it is best suited to coins, folded notes, a few cards, receipts and other very small essentials. It is designed for compact carry rather than bulkier everyday storage.

Q: Will a phone fit inside?
A: No, this purse is generally too small for most smartphones. We recommend comparing your phone’s measurements with the dimensions listed in the product information before purchasing.

Q: Can this be used as a mini wallet?
A: Yes, it works well as a slim mini wallet for change, folded cash and a small number of cards. Because it is a compact vintage style, it is best for light everyday essentials rather than overfilling.

Q: What materials and details does this piece have?
A: This vintage piece features Dior Trotter canvas with black leather trim, silver-tone hardware, black fabric lining and a zip closure. The compact black design gives it a versatile, easy-to-carry look.

Q: What is the Dior Trotter pattern?
A: The Dior Trotter, often associated with the Dior Oblique motif introduced by Marc Bohan in 1967, is one of the house’s most recognisable signature patterns. Its long history and instantly identifiable monogram are part of what makes vintage Dior canvas pieces especially collectible.

Q: What condition is this item in?
A: It is listed in Very Good condition. The exterior shows light traces of use with slightly frayed edges, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Are any accessories included?
A: No extra accessories are included with this item. Please refer to the product information for what is included with your purchase.

Q: How should I care for vintage Dior Trotter canvas?
A: Handle it gently and avoid overfilling, moisture, rough abrasion and prolonged direct sunlight. For routine care, use a soft dry cloth and store it in a cool, dry place; take extra care around the edges, as vintage canvas can show rubbing or fraying over time.

Q: How is authenticity checked?
A: A Retro Tale specialises in authenticated vintage luxury. Pieces are reviewed for details such as materials, construction, stitching, hardware and overall consistency before being offered for sale.
