A: The bag measures approximately 25 cm wide, 18 cm high and 6 cm deep. The handle measurement is listed as 28 cm and adjustable.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate compact everyday essentials such as a phone, a small purse, keys and a lipstick. The exact fit depends on the size of your belongings and the bag’s internal layout; avoid overfilling it.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: This item is listed as a shoulder bag and has an adjustable handle. A separate shoulder strap measurement is not provided, so crossbody wear cannot be confirmed. Shoulder comfort will depend on the handle setting and your clothing.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?

A: No serial number or production year is provided in the product information, so the exact age of this piece cannot be confirmed from the listing.

Q: How should I clean and care for this Gucci bag?
A: Gucci recommends gently wiping handbags with a soft, dry cloth after use. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain and rough surfaces. If the bag gets wet, dry it promptly with a soft cloth. For stains or more substantial cleaning, seek advice from Gucci before applying any treatment.

Q: How should I store the bag between uses?
A: Store it away from direct light, heat and humidity, and avoid placing heavy items on top of it. A separately purchased protective dust bag can help protect it between uses; no dust bag is included with this item.
