Q: What size is this Gucci belt?
A: This belt is a Gucci size 75. In Gucci sizing, this generally corresponds to approximately 75 cm to the centre hole, making it best suited to a smaller waist fit. As fit can vary depending on where you plan to wear it, we recommend comparing it with a belt you already own.

Q: Is this belt designed to be worn on the waist or hips?
A: This Gucci Horsebit belt is best described as a waist belt, but it can also be styled higher or lower depending on your proportions and outfit. Since the listed size is 75, it will typically suit a neater waist fit rather than a relaxed hip fit.

Q: What material and colour is this belt?
A: The belt is crafted in black leather and finished with gold-tone hardware. It features Gucci’s signature Horsebit detail, which gives it a classic equestrian-inspired look.

Q: What condition is this vintage belt in?
A: The overall condition is Very Good, with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, which is consistent with careful previous wear and vintage age.

Q: Does this item come with a box, dust bag or other extras?
A: No. According to the product information, this item comes with no extras. If anything additional were included, it would be stated in the product information.

Q: How wide is the belt?
A: The belt width is approximately 1.2 cm, giving it a slim and elegant profile. This makes it easy to style with dresses, trousers, skirts, or through narrow belt loops.

Q: How should I care for a vintage leather Gucci belt?
A: To help preserve it, wipe the leather gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth, avoid overexposure to sunlight, heat and moisture, and store it flat or loosely rolled when not in use. It is also best to avoid contact with perfumes, oils and rough surfaces that may mark the leather or hardware.

Q: Will the gold-tone hardware show signs of age?
A: As with many vintage belts, light surface scratches and gentle wear to the hardware can occur over time. On this piece, the hardware is still shiny, with only light scratches noted in the product information.

Q: What makes the Gucci Horsebit detail so iconic?
A: The Horsebit is one of Gucci’s most recognisable design signatures, inspired by equestrian hardware. On a slim black leather belt like this, it gives the piece a timeless look that works well for both everyday styling and more polished outfits.
