Q: What are the dimensions of this bag?
A: The bag measures approximately 33 cm wide, 20 cm high and 3 cm deep. Please use these measurements rather than size guides for other Jackie versions when assessing its suitability.

Q: What can I fit inside this Gucci Jackie bag?
A: Based on its measurements, it is best suited to slim everyday essentials such as a phone, cardholder, keys and a lipstick. The shallow 3 cm depth limits space for bulky items, and the exact fit depends on the size of your belongings and the interior opening.

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

Q: Which Gucci Jackie model is this?
A: This is the Gucci Jackie Classic bag in black. Its country of origin is listed as Italy.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: This piece is listed as a shoulder bag and includes a shoulder strap. Crossbody suitability is not confirmed in the product information, so please do not assume it has the longer strap supplied with some other Jackie versions.

Q: What accessories are included?

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition overall. The exterior has minor signs of wear on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the photographs alongside these condition notes.

Q: How is the bag authenticated?
A: A Retro Tale guarantees the authenticity of its products. Its specialists examine each item, reviewing details such as stitching, handles and craftsmanship before it is offered for sale.

Q: How should I clean and care for this bag?
A: Gucci recommends gently wiping handbags with a soft, dry cloth after use and avoiding direct light, heat, humidity, rain and rough surfaces. Avoid cleaning or protective products, as they may alter the appearance or cause stains. Since this bag's material is not specified in the product information, seek material-specific advice before attempting deeper cleaning.

Q: How should I store this Gucci Jackie bag?
A: Store it in a soft, breathable dust bag if you have one, with nothing stacked on top. Avoid sharply bending the handle or strap. A dust bag is not listed in this item's product information.
