Q: How big is this Chaine d'Ancre To Go Wallet Bag?
A: This piece measures approximately 13 cm wide, 11.5 cm high and 3 cm deep. It is a compact wallet bag rather than a full-sized handbag.

Q: What can I carry in it?
A: It is best suited to a few cards and small everyday essentials. Hermès describes the design as having card slots and a main compartment, but capacity will depend on the size and shape of what you carry. Avoid overfilling it.

Q: Will my phone fit?
A: Please compare your phone's dimensions, including its case, with this piece's measurements of 13 × 11.5 × 3 cm. We cannot guarantee a fit for a particular phone model, especially a larger one.

Q: How long is the strap, and can I wear it crossbody?
A: The strap measurement listed for this piece is 52 cm. Hermès describes the To Go design as wearable over the shoulder or across the body, but the fit of this specific piece will depend on your height and how the strap measurement was taken. Please check the fit before purchasing if crossbody wear is important to you.

Q: Can it be carried without the strap?
A: Hermès describes the Chaine d'Ancre To Go design as having a removable strap, so it can also be carried by hand as a clutch. If the exact strap arrangement of this pre-owned piece matters to you, please confirm it before purchasing.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: It is listed in Very Good Condition. The exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What accessories come with it?
A: A dust bag is listed in the product information. No box or authenticity card is listed there; please check the product information for what is included with this piece.

Q: Where was it made?
A: The product information lists France as its country of origin.

Q: How should I look after it?
A: Keep it away from water, oils, perfume, prolonged sunlight and heat. If it gets wet, gently blot it with a soft, lint-free cloth. Store it in its dust bag in a dry place and avoid overfilling it to help preserve its shape.

Q: Is this a pre-owned piece?
A: Yes. It is offered as a pre-owned Hermès accessory, with its individual condition described above. Review the product information and images for the details of this particular piece.
