Q: What are the measurements of this Loewe Puzzle Shoulder Bag?
A: This bag measures 25 cm wide, 17 cm high and 5 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 25 cm. Use these measurements when assessing its size rather than those of other Puzzle versions.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its measurements, it should accommodate a selection of small everyday essentials, such as a phone, cardholder, keys and lipstick. Its slim 5 cm depth means bulky items may take up space quickly. Actual capacity depends on the opening, your items and how you pack them; it is not suitable as a laptop bag.

Q: Can this Puzzle bag be worn crossbody?
A: This item is listed as a shoulder bag. A separate strap measurement is not provided, so crossbody wear cannot be confirmed for this particular piece. Do not assume it offers the same carrying options as other Puzzle bags; contact A Retro Tale if crossbody wear is essential for you.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has light signs of use, the interior has light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. It is a pre-owned piece rather than a pristine, unused item.

Q: What colour is this bag?
A: The product colour is listed as brown. Please review the product photographs for its appearance, bearing in mind that lighting and screen settings can affect how the colour looks.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin is listed as Spain.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag or other accessories?
A: A dust bag is included according to the product information. A box, authenticity card and additional accessories are not listed, so these should not be assumed to be included.

Q: How should I care for this Loewe Puzzle bag?
A: Follow any care instructions supplied with the bag. LOEWE recommends keeping its items away from direct light and heat and avoiding excessive contact with water, oils, perfumes and cosmetics. Use the included dust bag when storing it, and seek advice from LOEWE or a specialist before applying cleaning or conditioning products, as the exact material is not specified in the product information.
