Q: How should I care for a pre-owned Empreinte leather tote?
A: To help preserve the leather, avoid overfilling the bag, keep it away from prolonged moisture, direct heat and rough surfaces, and store it upright with light stuffing when not in use. A soft dry cloth is usually best for gentle surface care, and it is wise to take extra care around the handles and corners, which are natural high-wear areas on a tote of this size.
