Q: What are the dimensions of this Louis Vuitton Epi Cosmetic Pouch?
A: This pouch measures approximately 18 cm wide × 12 cm high × 6 cm deep. These are the measurements for this particular pre-owned item.

Q: What can I fit inside it?
A: It is suitable for a small selection of everyday beauty essentials, such as lipstick, a compact and travel-sized cosmetics. Actual capacity depends on the dimensions of your products; check larger palettes and brushes against the pouch measurements and avoid overpacking.

Q: Can I use it as an organiser inside my handbag?
A: It can help keep small essentials together inside a larger bag. Compare its 18 × 12 × 6 cm dimensions with your handbag’s interior and opening to check that it will fit comfortably.

Q: What is Epi leather?
A: Epi is Louis Vuitton’s distinctive embossed leather with a textured, linear grain. It is valued for its structured appearance and durability, although it can still develop marks and scratches and should be protected from abrasive surfaces.

Q: What colour is this pouch, and where was it made?
A: This particular pouch is red, and its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: Is this pouch new or pre-owned?
A: It is pre-owned and graded as Like New Condition, rather than unused. The exterior has light marks and scratches throughout the material, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches.

Q: What comes with this pouch?
A: The product information lists a box and dust bag as included with this item.

Q: How should I clean and store it?
A: Gently wipe surface dirt with a soft, light-coloured cloth. Avoid soap, solvents, abrasive cleaning tools and contact with perfume, hand sanitiser or leaking cosmetics. Store it in its dust bag in a ventilated place, away from damp conditions, direct sunlight and heat.

Q: Can I wash the pouch or its lining?
A: Do not immerse or machine-wash the pouch. The lining material of this particular item is not specified in the product information, so do not assume it is washable based on other versions of the model. For persistent interior stains, ask Louis Vuitton or a specialist leather-care professional for advice.
