Q: What fits inside this Louis Vuitton Epi NéoNoé bag?
A: Measuring approximately 26 × 26 × 16 cm, it has room for everyday essentials such as a phone, long wallet, keys, sunglasses and a small make-up pouch. Check the measurements of larger items before purchase; laptop fit has not been confirmed.

Q: Can I carry it by hand or over my shoulder?
A: Yes. This bag has a handle measuring 10 cm and an adjustable strap measuring 50 cm. Whether the strap also suits cross-body wear depends on your preferred fit and how it is adjusted.

Q: Does the bag close with a zip?
A: The NéoNoé has a drawstring opening rather than a fully zipped top. Its bucket shape makes belongings easy to reach, but the drawstring should be cinched when carrying it.

Q: How is the inside organised?
A: The Epi NéoNoé style typically has a central zipped pocket between two main sections, helping to separate smaller valuables from other essentials. Please check the product images for the interior of this individual bag.

Q: What is Epi leather?
A: Epi is Louis Vuitton’s textured leather, recognised by its distinctive embossed grain. This bag is black, offering an understated alternative to the brand’s patterned canvas styles.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: It is listed in Very Good condition. The exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Does it come with a box, dust bag or other extras?
A: No additional accessories are listed for this bag. Refer to the product information for what is included rather than assuming that a box, dust bag or authenticity card comes with it.

Q: How should I care for the Epi leather?
A: Gently wipe surface dirt with a soft, light-coloured cloth. Avoid soap, solvents, abrasive surfaces, prolonged sunlight, heat and damp conditions. Store the bag in a breathable place when not in use.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country-of-origin information for this individual bag is France.

Q: How is its authenticity checked?
A: A Retro Tale states that its experts review details such as stitching, handles and other construction features when authenticating the luxury items it sells.
