Louis VuittonMini Lin Speedy Bandoulière 30 Bag

Q: What size is this Louis Vuitton Mini Lin Speedy Bandoulière 30?
A: This bag measures approximately 30 x 21 x 17 cm. The handle drop is about 8 cm, and the detachable strap drop is about 52 cm. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for the exact size of this specific item.

Q: What typically fits inside the Speedy Bandoulière 30?
A: The 30 size is considered roomy for everyday use. It will generally fit essentials such as a long wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, cosmetics pouch, charger, and a small water bottle, with space left for a few extra daily items depending on how you pack.

Q: Can this bag be carried on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: Yes. This specific bag includes a detachable shoulder strap, so it can be carried by hand or worn on the shoulder. Depending on your height and preferred fit, it may also work as a crossbody style.

Q: What is Mini Lin canvas?
A: Mini Lin is a lightweight Louis Vuitton textile with a woven monogram look and a softer, more casual feel than coated canvas. It is appreciated for being lighter in weight, but as with most fabric-based materials, it should be treated carefully to help minimise wear over time.

Q: How should I care for Mini Lin canvas?
A: Gentle care is best. Use a soft cloth and avoid harsh cleaning products, soaking, or abrasive rubbing. Keep the bag away from prolonged moisture, direct heat, and strong sunlight, and store it loosely filled to help maintain its shape. Because this item already shows fraying on the canvas, extra care is recommended.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This item is rated Very Good Condition. The external condition is noted as very good with fraying on the canvas, the interior shows minor marks, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches and some tarnishing.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: According to the product information, this bag comes with a detachable shoulder strap, padlock, and keys. If an item is not listed under the product information, it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: What does the serial number MB4089 mean?
A: The serial number MB4089 indicates production in France, and the numeric format corresponds to the 40th week of 2009. As with all pre-owned Louis Vuitton items, a date code helps identify production details but should be considered alongside other authenticity markers rather than on its own.

Q: Is the Speedy Bandoulière 30 a good everyday size?
A: Yes, the 30 is widely considered one of the most practical Speedy sizes for daily use. It offers a good balance between capacity and portability, making it a strong choice if you want more room than a compact handbag without moving into travel-bag territory.

Q: How do you authenticate this bag?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is carefully vetted for authenticity using detailed checks of materials, construction, hardware, stamps, and serial or date code details. We stand behind the authenticity of all items we sell.
