Louis VuittonMonogram Louise Phone Holder

Q: What phones typically fit the Louis Vuitton Monogram Louise Phone Holder?
A: The flexible silicone holder is designed to stretch around a range of slim smartphones. For this piece, the listed measurements are approximately 14 x 7 x 1 cm, so it is best suited to phones close to that footprint. Slim handsets usually work best, while very large models or bulky cases may feel tight or sit less securely.

Q: Can I use this phone holder with a case on my phone?
A: In most cases, it works best directly on the phone or with a very slim case. Thick protective cases, wallet cases, ring holders, or pop sockets can affect how securely the silicone corners grip the device.

Q: Is it worn around the neck or crossbody?
A: This style is primarily a lanyard-style phone holder designed for hands-free wear. With a strap drop of approximately 44 cm, it will usually sit comfortably around the neck or as a short shoulder-style carry, rather than a long crossbody fit for most adults.

Q: Does it hold anything besides a phone?
A: This piece is mainly a phone holder rather than a pouch, so it does not offer a zipped compartment or built-in card slots. It is intended to keep your phone close at hand in a lightweight, minimal way.

Q: What materials and details does this piece feature?
A: According to the product information, this item features blue silicone, a blue Monogram strap, silver-tone hardware, and a front LV Circle logo. The combination gives it a sporty yet recognisably Louis Vuitton look.

Q: What condition is this item in?
A: This piece is listed in very good condition overall. The product information notes light traces of use to the exterior and interior, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: The product information for this listing states that no additional items are included. If you only see the phone holder and strap in the photos, that is the set being sold.

Q: How should I care for a vintage silicone and leather phone holder like this?
A: Wipe the silicone gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it straight away. Keep the strap away from excess moisture, perfume, and prolonged direct sunlight, and avoid overstretching the silicone corners when fitting or removing your phone. When not in use, store it flat in a cool, dry place.

Q: Is this an authentic vintage Louis Vuitton item?
A: Yes. A Retro Tale specialises in authenticated luxury vintage pieces, and this phone holder is sold as an authentic Louis Vuitton item. As with all vintage pieces, light signs of age and use are normal and form part of its character.
