Q: What are the dimensions of this Louis Vuitton Pallas MM?
A: This bag measures approximately 35 cm wide, 24 cm high and 13 cm deep. These are the measurements recorded for this specific pre-owned piece.

Q: What is the Pallas MM made from?
A: The Monogram Pallas MM combines Louis Vuitton’s brown coated Monogram canvas with leather trim and handles. It is not an all-leather bag.

Q: Can I carry this bag on my shoulder or crossbody?
A: You can carry it by the top handles or use the included adjustable shoulder strap. The recorded strap measurement is 27 cm, adjustable. Crossbody suitability is not confirmed, so it is best considered a handheld or shoulder bag.

Q: Does the Pallas MM have a zip closure and external pockets?
A: Yes. The Pallas MM design has a zipped main compartment and two exterior pockets with magnetic closures, providing separate storage for smaller essentials.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this specific bag. Compare your device and its protective sleeve with the bag’s external dimensions of 35 × 24 × 13 cm, allowing for the smaller internal space and zip opening. External measurements alone do not guarantee a comfortable fit.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: It is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor marks on the handle and zip trim, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs for a closer look at these details.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a dust bag and shoulder strap. A box or original authenticity card is not listed as included.

Q: How should I clean and store the bag?
A: Gently clean the coated canvas with a soft, damp cloth and a little mild soapy water, avoiding the leather areas. Do not use alcohol, solvents, oils or leather lotions on the canvas. Blot moisture from the leather with a soft, absorbent cloth rather than rubbing it. Store the bag in its dust bag away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.

Q: How does A Retro Tale authenticate this bag?
A: A Retro Tale guarantees the authenticity of the items it sells. Its authentication process uses experts with specialist brand knowledge to examine craftsmanship and details such as stitching, handles and construction. The listed code SP0154 should not be treated as proof of authenticity on its own.
