A: This bag measures 25 cm wide, 19 cm high and 15 cm deep, with an approximately 9 cm handle drop. The 25 size refers to the bag’s approximate width in centimetres.

Q: What can I fit inside the Speedy 25?
A: The Speedy 25 is a compact everyday bag that typically accommodates a phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses and small essentials such as lipstick and tissues. Capacity depends on the size of your belongings and how you pack them; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap?
A: This is the classic Speedy 25 rather than the Speedy Bandoulière. It is designed to be carried by its two leather handles, either in the hand or in the crook of the arm. No shoulder strap is listed in the product information.

Q: Is the Monogram Speedy 25 made entirely from leather?
A: No. The Monogram body is coated canvas, while the handles and trim are vachetta leather. The brown Monogram pattern and leather detailing give this model its recognisable appearance.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: The bag is rated Very Good Condition overall. The exterior is rated Good, with visible patina and darkening on the vachetta leather handles and trim, plus light rubbing on the piping. The interior is rated Very Good, with light traces of use. The hardware has discolouration and scratches.

Q: Why are the leather handles and trim darker?
A: Vachetta is a natural leather that develops a deeper colour, known as patina, through ageing and handling. This bag already has visible patina and darkening, as noted in its condition description. These details are part of its pre-owned appearance rather than a like-new finish.

Q: What accessories are included?
A: A dust bag is included. No box, padlock, keys or shoulder strap are listed in the product information, so these should not be assumed to be included.

Q: How should I clean and store this vintage Speedy 25?
A: Gently wipe the coated canvas with a soft, lightly dampened cloth, keeping moisture away from the vachetta leather. Avoid solvents, harsh chemicals and leather-darkening treatments. If the leather gets wet, blot it promptly with a light-coloured, lint-free absorbent cloth. Store the bag in its dust bag in a ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat, and avoid overpacking it.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The product information lists France as the country of origin and records the code SP0925.
