Louis VuittonPearlock Necklace

Q: What materials is the Louis Vuitton Pearlock Necklace made from?
A: This style is a piece of fashion jewellery with gold-tone metal and faux pearl beads rather than solid gold or natural pearls. It is designed as a statement piece with signature Louis Vuitton detailing.

Q: What is the necklace length and how will it sit?
A: The listed perimeter is approximately 37 cm, so it is best suited to a short necklace or choker-style fit. The exact position will vary depending on your neck size, so comparing it with a necklace you already own is the best way to judge the fit.

Q: Can the Pearlock Necklace be worn in more than one way?
A: Yes. The Pearlock design is known as a versatile style that can be worn as a choker or separated into two contrasting bracelets. For this pre-owned piece, we still recommend checking the photos and measurements carefully to make sure it suits how you plan to wear it.

Q: Can I wear this necklace every day?
A: You can wear it regularly, but it is best treated as fashion jewellery rather than shower-proof everyday jewellery. Perfume, lotions, hairspray, sweat, humidity, and rough contact can all dull the metal finish and faux pearls over time.

Q: Can the necklace get wet?
A: We do not recommend wearing it in the shower, bath, pool, or sea. Keeping it dry helps preserve both the gold-tone finish and the pearl surface for longer.

Q: How should I clean and store it?
A: Wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth after wear. If it needs extra freshening, use only a lightly damp soft cloth and dry it thoroughly straight away. Store it separately in its box or dust bag, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity, to help reduce scratches and rubbing.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned necklace in?
A: This example is listed in Very Good condition with light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches, which is typical for a well-kept pre-loved piece of fashion jewellery.

Q: What is included with this piece?
A: According to the product information, this necklace comes with a box and dust bag. If you would like any extra confirmation before purchase, please feel free to contact us.

Q: How can I feel confident about authenticity when buying pre-owned Louis Vuitton jewellery?
A: Authentic Louis Vuitton items are originally sold through Louis Vuitton’s official channels, so authentication is especially important on the secondary market. At A Retro Tale, every item is carefully vetted before listing, and the product information for this piece also notes that the box and dust bag are included.
