BalenciagaMini Papier Tote Bag

Q: What typically fits inside the Balenciaga Mini Papier Tote Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 27 x 21 x 11 cm, this compact tote is best suited to daily essentials such as a phone, small wallet, keys, sunglasses, a card holder and a few beauty items.

Q: Will it fit A4 documents or a laptop?
A: No, not comfortably. Despite the model name, this Mini size is a smaller everyday bag and is not ideal for carrying most laptops or full-size A4 documents flat. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for exact dimensions.

Q: Does this item come with a shoulder strap?
A: No shoulder strap is listed for this specific item. It is designed with dual top handles, and the included item noted in the product information is the mirror. If something is not listed in the product information, it should be considered not included.

Q: Does the bag close with a zip?
A: No. This piece has an open top, which makes it easy to reach your essentials quickly. As with most open-top bags, we recommend taking extra care with smaller valuables while on the go.

Q: What is included with this bag?
A: This item includes the Balenciaga mirror. Please refer to the product information for the full included set for this specific piece.

Q: Is the interior organised?
A: Yes. The bag has a tonal leather lining with two internal slip pockets, which are useful for keeping smaller essentials separate from the main compartment.

Q: Is the Mini Papier more structured or slouchy?
A: The Papier line is known for a more defined tote shape than many ultra-soft Balenciaga styles, although pre-owned leather can relax slightly over time. This example still presents well and remains in very good condition.

Q: What is the condition of this item?
A: The overall condition is very good. The exterior shows light traces of use with some smaller marks and discolouration, the interior shows light trace of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The country of origin listed for this piece is Italy.

Q: How should I care for the leather?
A: Wipe it gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, avoid overfilling, and keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight, heat and heavy rain. When not in use, store it lightly stuffed in a dust bag to help maintain its shape.

Q: How do you authenticate this bag?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is carefully checked by in-house experts using multiple authenticity markers such as materials, construction, hardware and brand details. We stand behind the authenticity of all items we sell.
