BalenciagaSequins Hourglass XS Top Handle Bag

Q: What are the dimensions of this Hourglass XS bag?
A: It measures approximately 19 cm wide, 13 cm high and 8 cm deep. The top handle measures approximately 8 cm.

Q: What fits inside?
A: The XS is suited to small essentials such as a phone, cardholder, keys and lipstick. Fit depends on the size of your items, so compare them with the bag’s measurements if you have a particular phone or purse in mind.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap?
A: A shoulder strap is not listed in the product information. This bag has a top handle; if a strap is essential to you, please check what is included before purchasing.

Q: How does the bag close?
A: The Hourglass XS sequin style has a front flap with a magnetic fastening. Close the flap gently to avoid catching the sequins.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: It is in very good pre-owned condition. The exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: How should I care for the sequins?
A: Handle the bag gently and keep it away from rough fabrics or jewellery that might snag the sequins. Avoid scrubbing or soaking it. For a mark or loose sequin, seek advice from a specialist cleaner rather than trying to repair it yourself.

Q: How should I store it?
A: Store it in its dust bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid placing heavy items on top so the structured Hourglass shape and sequins are not compressed.

Q: What accessories are included?
A: A dust bag is included. Please refer to the product information for the accessories supplied with this particular bag.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: The product information lists Italy as its country of origin.
