Q: What can I fit inside this tote?

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?

Please note that the majority of our items are vintage and therefore have tales to tell unless stated otherwise. Therefore, please look at pictures, descriptions and measurements provided as they give you the best idea of the story this item has to tell.

* Please note that when you buy a vintage product, the dimensions may vary slightly from a new one depending on previous care and storage.

SHIPPING

All orders are insured and trackable. Once your shipment has been issued, a link to our Track & Trace service will be provided where you can track your shipment and check delivery status online.

We ship all orders from Sweden, and when importing to Canada your order may be subject to import duties and sales tax, which will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

These charges are typically collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery and are not included in the product price.

Q: What material and colour is this Chanel Grand Shopping Tote?
A: This Chanel CC Denim Grand Shopping Tote has a pink denim exterior, offering a fabric alternative to leather versions of the model.

Q: What are the dimensions of this bag?
A: It measures 30 cm wide, 20 cm high and 11 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 16 cm.

Q: What can I fit inside this tote?
A: Based on its dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys and a small make-up pouch. Capacity depends on the size of your belongings and the internal layout; avoid overfilling the bag.

Q: Will this bag fit a laptop?
A: Laptop fit has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Its external dimensions are 30 × 20 × 11 cm, and the usable interior will be smaller. Compare your device and its case with these measurements rather than relying on the Grand Shopping Tote name alone.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Good Condition. The exterior denim and corners show discolouration and staining, the interior has light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: When was this bag made, and where?
A: The product information dates the bag to 2008–2009 and lists France as its country of origin. Its partially masked serial number is 12******.

Q: Does this bag come with an authenticity card, box or dust bag?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. An authenticity card, box and dust bag are not listed, so their inclusion should not be assumed.

Q: How should I clean the denim and existing stains?
A: Handle the fabric gently and avoid applying cleaning products without specialist advice. For the existing staining and discolouration, consult a CHANEL boutique or a specialist experienced in luxury fabric handbags before attempting treatment. Do not assume that the marks can be fully removed.

Q: How can I reduce the risk of colour transfer?
A: Avoid prolonged contact with dark or strongly dyed clothing, particularly when damp. CHANEL recommends limiting contact between light and dark colours to reduce colour bleeding. This is a general precaution, not confirmation that this particular bag transfers dye.

Q: How should I store this tote?
A: Store it upright in a suitable protective pouch, away from prolonged sunlight and moisture. Lightly fill it with tissue paper to support its shape and protect the handles and any metal parts from pressing against the fabric. A storage pouch is not listed as included.
