Q: What are the dimensions of this Chanel Classic Medium Double Flap Bag?
A: This bag measures 25 cm wide × 16 cm high × 6.5 cm deep.

Q: What typically fits inside the medium size?
A: It is suitable for everyday essentials such as a phone, a compact wallet or cardholder, keys and a lipstick. The double-flap interior limits usable space, so capacity depends on the size of your belongings. Avoid overfilling the bag or forcing the flap closed.

Q: What does double flap mean?
A: The bag has an outer flap and a second interior flap covering the main compartment. This layered construction provides an additional cover for your belongings and creates a more structured interior than a single-flap design.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: The chain strap can be worn doubled for a shorter shoulder carry or extended for a longer drop. The listed strap measurements are 24 cm and 44 cm. Crossbody comfort depends on your height, torso length and clothing; the medium model may sit relatively high when worn across the body.

Q: What condition is this particular bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs alongside these condition details.

Q: Does it come with a dust bag, box or authenticity card?
A: The product information lists a dust bag and a serial number tag. A box and authenticity card are not listed as included.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This bag is black, and its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: What is the serial number of this bag?
A: The recorded serial number is 24677294. A serial number is an identification detail, but it should not be treated as proof of authenticity on its own.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Use a soft cloth for gentle surface care and avoid cleaning products that could alter the finish. Keep the bag away from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture. If it gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in its dust bag, with tissue paper protecting the chain from pressing against the bag, and avoid overfilling it.
