Q: What size is this Chanel Classic Small Double Flap Bag?
A: This is the Small model, measuring approximately 23 cm wide × 14 cm high × 6 cm deep.

Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: It is best suited to compact essentials such as a phone, a slim cardholder, a small set of keys and a lipstick. Fit depends on the size of your belongings, and the double-flap interior reduces the usable space. Avoid overfilling or forcing the flap closed.

Q: Can I wear this bag on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: The chain can be worn doubled for a shorter shoulder style or extended for a longer shoulder style. The listed strap measurements are approximately 24/44 cm. Crossbody wear may be possible on some frames, but it can sit high and depends on your height, build and clothing.

Q: What does double flap mean?
A: The bag has an outer flap and a second inner flap covering the main compartment. The inner flap helps support the bag's structure and keeps the contents concealed when the outer flap is open.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Excellent Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware is shiny with light scratches. It is not described as unworn or pristine.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This bag is black, and its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: Does this bag come with a box or authenticity card?
A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed, so please do not assume they are included.

Q: What is this bag's serial number?
A: The recorded serial number is 28243299. A serial number alone is not sufficient to establish authenticity, and the product information does not specify a production year.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Avoid overfilling and prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture. Use a soft cloth for gentle surface care, and avoid cleaning products that could damage the finish. If the bag gets wet, carefully blot it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with the chain positioned so it does not mark the surface.
