Q: What typically fits inside the Chanel Medium 25 Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 30 x 29 x 15 cm, this medium-sized bag is roomy enough for everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, cosmetics and a small notebook. It is a practical shoulder bag for daily use, though we recommend checking the measurements on this page if you plan to carry bulkier items.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder?
A: Yes. The Chanel 25 is designed as a shoulder bag, and this piece has an approximate strap drop of 34 cm. It offers a comfortable shoulder carry, but it is not intended as a crossbody style.

Q: What is the Chanel 25 known for?
A: The Chanel 25 is loved for its relaxed hobo-inspired silhouette combined with signature House details such as quilting, chain-interlaced straps and practical exterior pockets. It blends a soft, modern shape with recognisable Chanel design codes, making it a popular everyday luxury bag.

Q: Is the Medium 25 a good everyday size?
A: Yes, the medium size is widely considered one of the most versatile options in the Chanel 25 line. It offers generous space for daily essentials without feeling as oversized as the largest versions, making it well suited to regular use.

Q: Does this specific bag come with any extras?
A: Yes. According to the product information, this item includes a pouch and a serial number tag. If an accessory is not listed in the product information, it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: What condition is this item in?
A: This bag is listed in very good condition with light traces of use. The exterior and interior are both noted as very good, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review all product images carefully for the most accurate visual impression.

Q: Is this bag authentic?
A: Yes. Every item sold by A Retro Tale is carefully authenticated by in-house experts. This bag also has a serial number noted in the product information, and the retailer stands behind the authenticity of the pieces it offers.

Q: How should I care for a pre-owned Chanel 25 bag?
A: To help preserve its shape and finish, store the bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keep it lightly stuffed when not in use, avoid overfilling it, and wipe the surface gently with a soft, dry cloth. It is best to avoid rough surfaces and prolonged exposure to rain or heat.

Q: Is black a versatile colour for this style?
A: Absolutely. Black is one of the most versatile choices for the Chanel 25, pairing easily with both casual and more polished outfits. It also highlights the bag’s quilting and hardware beautifully, making it a timeless option for regular wear.
