Christian DiorDenim Cannage Lady Dior Bag

Q: What typically fits inside this Christian Dior Denim Cannage Lady Dior Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 40 x 23 x 11 cm, it is well suited to daily essentials such as a wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, a small cosmetics pouch and similar compact items. As with many structured Lady Dior styles, it is best packed with essentials rather than overfilled.

Q: What materials and details define this bag?
A: This vintage piece features light blue Cannage quilted denim, dark blue leather dual top handles, silver-tone hardware with D.I.O.R. charms, and a dark blue Diorissimo fabric lining. It blends the iconic Lady Dior shape with a casual denim finish.

Q: Does the bag close securely and have inside pockets?
A: Yes. It has a zip-top closure and one internal zipped pocket, which is useful for smaller valuables you want to keep separate from the main compartment.

Q: Is the medium Lady Dior considered a practical everyday size?
A: Yes. The medium Lady Dior is generally regarded as one of the most versatile sizes in the line, offering enough room for everyday essentials while keeping the polished, structured look the style is known for.

Q: How should I care for a vintage denim Lady Dior bag?
A: Denim and leather-trimmed bags benefit from gentle handling. Avoid rain, prolonged direct sunlight, rough surfaces and friction from dark-dye clothing, as fabric styles can show discolouration and wear more readily. When not in use, store it lightly stuffed in a breathable dust bag to help maintain its shape.

Q: What is the condition of this bag?
A: The overall condition is rated Very Good. The exterior shows some discolouration on the denim, scuffing on the corners and cracking on the straps. The interior has light traces of use, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches.

Q: Are any included items listed with this bag?
A: No additional included items are listed for this piece. If anything extra is included, it will always be stated on the product page.

Q: How is a vintage Dior bag like this authenticated?
A: Vintage Dior bags are typically assessed through a combination of material quality, stitching, hardware, lining, construction and model-specific details. At A Retro Tale, items are carefully reviewed for authenticity before being offered for sale.
