Q: What can I fit inside this bag?
A: Based on its listed dimensions, it should accommodate everyday essentials such as a phone, a compact purse, keys and a few small personal items. Actual capacity depends on the size of your belongings and the bag’s opening, so compare the measurements with what you usually carry.

Q: Can this bag be worn crossbody?
A: This Eclipse Hobo is listed as a shoulder bag. No separate long strap or strap measurement is specified in the product information, so crossbody wear cannot be confirmed. The listed handle measurement is 10 cm; consider this when assessing your preferred carrying fit.

Q: Does the bag have any visible marks or damage?
A: Yes. The condition notes identify slight water marks, visible patina, and minor wear and cracking on the piping. Please review the product photographs alongside these notes to assess whether its pre-owned appearance suits your preferences.

Q: Does this bag come with a dust bag or box?
A: A dust bag is included according to the product information. A box and authenticity card are not listed as included.

Q: How should I care for and store this pre-owned bag?
A: Givenchy recommends storing its products in a cotton dust bag in a cool, dry place. For this piece, avoid attempting to remove the water marks or treat the cracked piping without specialist advice, as the material and finish are not specified in the product information. Consult a professional handbag-care specialist before applying cleaning or conditioning products.
