SHIPPING

All orders are insured and trackable. Once your shipment has been issued, a link to our Track & Trace service will be provided where you can track your shipment and check delivery status online.

We ship all orders from Sweden, and when importing to Canada your order may be subject to import duties and sales tax, which will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

These charges are typically collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery and are not included in the product price.

Q: What are the measurements of this Hermès Dog Carrying Bag?
A: This bag measures 35 cm wide, 25 cm high and 14 cm deep. The listed handle measurement is 20 cm.

Q: How can I check whether this carrier will fit my dog?
A: Compare your dog’s measurements with the bag’s listed dimensions, remembering that these do not confirm the usable interior space. Your dog should have enough room to stand and turn around comfortably. Ask for confirmation of the interior measurements and suitability before purchasing.

Q: What is the maximum weight this carrier can hold?
A: A maximum weight capacity is not specified for this particular pre-owned bag. Hermès dog carriers come in different sizes, so weight limits from other models should not be assumed to apply. Please contact A Retro Tale for clarification before using it to carry your dog.

Q: Is this Hermès dog carrier suitable for air travel?
A: Airline approval is not confirmed for this particular bag. Before travelling, check your airline’s current pet-carrier requirements, including dimensions, ventilation, closures and space for your pet. The bag’s measurements alone do not guarantee acceptance.

Q: What condition is this bag in?
A: This pre-owned bag is in Very Good Condition. Both the exterior and interior show light traces of use, while the hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: The listed colour is camel, and the country of origin is France.

Q: Does this bag come with a shoulder strap or other accessories?
A: No accessories are included according to the product information. A shoulder strap is not listed, so please do not assume one is supplied.

Q: What material is this dog carrier made from?
A: The material is not specified in the product information. Please contact A Retro Tale for confirmation rather than relying on the material descriptions of other Hermès dog-carrier models.

Q: How should I clean and store this pre-owned carrier?
A: As the material and cleaning instructions are not confirmed, avoid machine washing or applying cleaning products until you have suitable care advice. Keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat, and ask Hermès or a specialist about material-appropriate cleaning.
